Part One: Initial Consultation
Nancy found out about Rise Up Renovations through several referrals.
Then, she got on our website, saw our work and how easy our process is, and request a free consultation.
She got in our system on August 8th, we did an in-house consultation the next day, and she got her proposal on Aug 11th.
Nancy and her spouse were committed to seeing their two bathrooms get updated, and we got to work very quickly.
It all started with our on-site consultation, where we look at the scope of work and hear the homeowners needs and wants.
During our visit, here are some of the things our clients wanted to change...

Old countertops
This old, granite countertop was old and dated. Besides, the vanity was not matching the new storage needs anymore,

Very bad lighting
These recessed lights were not bright enough for what our homeowners needed, so they wanted new, stronger ones.

Dated tub & shower

Installation errors
This was an old bathroom and the way it was built showed several errors on the tile, trim, drywall, and plumbing.
Part Two: Design, Planning and Permitting
With Rise Up Renovations, all kitchen and bathroom projects start with the design and proper planning to ensure a streamlined, drama-free process. And this is how we kicked off Kelly’s bathrooms.

Part Three: Ready For Installation
August
We had our initial consultation, the proposal, the new vanity and shower design, and ordered them.
September
We did most of the planning and prepared everything for the permitting process.
October
We did the rough in plumbing installation.
We install the new drywall in the master and half bathroom. The Onyx shower also arrived, so we installed it the next couple of days.
We installed the new bathroom tile in both the master and the half bath.
We did the closet build-out, primed and painted the walls and ceiling, and finished installing the finishes in the shower.

5 stars. I’d recommend Nic all day long. Nic has done a great job on all of our projects.
New patio door, new entry door, new door in the garage where there wasn’t one, new interior paint, new interior doors, new flooring, new bathroom vanity, and all new trim throughout.
All looks great! Next will be all updated kitchen cabinets. I imagine they will look just as great.
